David Miller David Miller
David Miller is an expert in Food Security and Agriculture Development with more than 21 years of international development experience.  His career includes seven years in senior field project management, helping manage Abt’s USAID/Agriculture-Led Export Businesses and USAID/ZdravReform and ZdravPlus projects in Egypt and Central Asia, respectively.
 
Additionally, Mr. Miller has served as the Associate Division Manager for Abt’s International Health Division, providing operational oversight and support to over 30 international development projects; he also guided the pricing of the division’s proposals. Mr. Miller has been the home office program director for the Food, Agriculture, and Rural Markets project in South Sudan for more than four years. 

Previously he served as a Senior Associate for International Finance and Operations at the Center for International Development and Governance with the Urban Institute (UI). In this role he provided operational and financial oversight to more than 35 contracts and six field sites within UI’s $24 million international development practice.

Mr. Miller received his M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird Campus; his M.B.A. from James Madison University; and his B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College.
