Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)

IDIQ: Research, Measurement, Assessment, Design and Analysis (RMADA) – Contract No. HHSM500201400026I (2014-2019)
Scope: Provide analytic support and technical assistance for models and demonstration programs that are derived under the Patient ACA. This support will include, but will not be limited to, the design, implementation, and evaluation of research and/or payment and service delivery models to test their potential for reducing expenditures for Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and uninsured beneficiaries while maintaining or improving the quality of care.

IDIQ: Measure & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) – Contract No. HHSM500201313001I (2013 – 2018)
Scope:  Develop outcome, process, structural, cost and composite  quality measures suitable for endorsement by a consensus endorsement entity and reflective of quality care for healthcare settings. This includes psychiatric hospitals, ambulatory care services, physician providers, accountable care organizations, nursing homes, home health agencies, hospice programs, long-term care hospitals, in-patient rehabilitation facilities, PPS-exempt cancer hospitals, acute care hospitals, and ambulatory surgical centers. The contract also supports the collection of data that could be used to trend quality related to patient care for those patients that move across settings, as well as other uses related to cross-setting analysis.
