Abt SRBI researchers will be presenting 16 papers and posters at the 2012 annual conference of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) in Orlando, May 17-20.
Among the challenging topics being addressed by Abt SRBI experts are the following:
- Several papers on the growing topic of mode effects and possible adjustments for mode effects;
- Use of address-based sampling to target households with children;
- Future trends in survey research;
- Efficient methods of geographic targeting for small area samples;
- Impact of growing cell phone usage in longitudinal studies;
- Use of online panels to locate rare populations;
- Use of surveys to measure a nation’s transition from civil war to stability.
